Lived Experience. Practical Support. Lasting Recovery.

I provide structured, practical support for families and individuals navigating addiction, recovery, relapse, and the emotional challenges that come with it.

I am in long-term recovery myself and have been clean and sober for over 8 years. I also have lived experience with emotional and mental health challenges and have actively worked on managing my own wellbeing over many years.

In addition to my lived experience, I have been working as a recovery coach for the past 6 years, supporting individuals through addiction, early recovery, and life rebuilding.

I have also studied addiction and continue to deepen my knowledge in this field. My work combines real-life understanding with practical tools, emotional regulation skills, and structured support.

This allows me to understand addiction and emotional challenges not only from a professional perspective, but through real personal experience.

My Approach

I understand the challenges of early recovery, rebuilding life, managing emotions, navigating relationships, returning to work, and maintaining long-term stability.

I have also worked with many individuals who have transitioned out of treatment and have supported them through the challenges of adjusting back into everyday life.

My approach is not one-size-fits-all. Everyone is at a different stage in their life, their recovery, and their situation. I tailor my approach to meet families and individuals where they are, offering support that is practical, relevant, and suited to their specific needs.

I work in a way that is:

  • Practical and structured
  • Honest and supportive
  • Non-judgmental
  • Focused on real-life change

My aim is to help families and individuals move from chaos, overwhelm, and instability toward structure, stability, and long-term recovery.
