This is not clinical treatment or rehabilitation. It is structured support focused on real-life recovery.

Many individuals are not able to step away from their daily lives due to work, family responsibilities, or maintaining their own home — but still need structured, consistent support.

This outpatient program is designed for those who require guidance, accountability, and practical tools while continuing to live and function in their everyday environment.

The program includes structured recovery support groups throughout the week, combined with individual coaching, accountability, psychoeducation, and practical recovery support.

It is also suitable for individuals transitioning out of rehab, but equally for those who need support and are unable to enter an inpatient treatment setting or structured recovery environment such as a halfway house.

This is not about theory.

Post Rehab Transition Support:
